Hope you all had a nice weekend. So excited for our new choreography, we have lots of work to do! Please make sure you are doing your part outside of practice to help us get to the level that we need to be this includes: stretching, working on jump strengthening, eating right and making healthy choices, doing extra strength training etc.. Here is the plan for the week:
Monday: Practice cancelled. We have a mandatory coaches meeting that we must attend.
Tuesday: Practice 5:30-7:30pm
Wednesday: Tumbling @ Cheer Central 4:30-5:30pm
Thursday: Practice 5:30-7:30pm
*Fundraiser at the Rock from 5-9pm. Please spread the word and get at least three families to come and eat dinner.
Friday Tumbling/Stunting @ Cheer Central 4:30-6:30pm
