This week:

Tuesday: Meet at Falcon Creek @ 3:20, head to Heritage for practice 5:00-7:00pm
Wednesday: RME
Thursday: Practice 5:30-7:30pm
Friday: RME
Saturday: Antelope Ridge Carnival 12:30-2pm

Please arrive at Antelope Ridge at 11:45pm. When you get there, towards the front of the school there will be a tent. Go to the "volunteer check in" and sign in. They will give each of you a meal ticket for a free lunch (hot dog, hamburger, or veggie burger, plus chips and a drink). You must eat before you work your game shift because once you are finished, the food station will be closed down. After you eat, return to the check in tent at 12:30pm and they will show you to the game that you will be working. You may pick one partner to work with during the event or you may chose to work alone.

It is supposed to be sunny and hot this weekend and you will not be shaded, please make sure to wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water!

This event is not optional, everyone must attend! Your help is much appreciated and necessary for the school to run a successful event.
