Practice Cothing Schedule

Starting on May 4th please follow the clothing schedule the best you can. We will post a more detailed schedule once we receive our practice gear.

Monday: Red Shirt
Tuesday: Program shirt
Wednesday: Wear Pink
Thursday: White shirt
Friday: Friday fun day! We will plan a theme each week

Post Season Workouts will start on March 1st.
Post Season Workouts will run every Thursday of March from 5:30-7:30.
All 2011-2012 athletes are eligible to attend.
We highly recommend post season workouts to prepare for the upcoming season.
We will work on tumbling, stunting, and jumps during the two hour work out.
