I am excited to report that 9 News will be coming to EHS tomorrow afternoon at 4:15 PM to film a short commercial of the girls. The purpose of the commercial is to advertise Denver's Race for the Cure that we will be participating in as a program during the month of October. The girls will do a small cheer and ask 9 News viewers in Denver to join them in participating in the Race for the Cure. I think this is a great opportunity for our girls as we are pushing Breast Cancer Awareness this year as a program.
If you do not want your daughter to participate in the commercial please let me know as soon as possible.
I would like the girls to wear their program t-shirt, their hair back with their pink ribbon, red shorts, and cheer shoes. It is important that they look professional since we will be representing our school and program through the media.
