Starting on May 4th please follow the clothing schedule the best you can. We will post a more detailed schedule once we receive our practice gear.

You will be selling tubs of cookie dough for $15. There are several great things about this fundraiser. First, you are able to sell to people out of town and out of state. Second, you sell the cookie dough voucher and their is no storing or delivery of the cookie dough. Third, you will receive $4.90 for your personal accounts for every voucher you sell.

Here is how it works:

1.Your customer buys a voucher from you for $15. Once it is purchased they can redeem it one of two ways.. 1. the can redeem it online. 2. They can redeem it by mailing the voucher in. To receive their cookie dough they will need the authentication Number on the very front of the card, it is the silver scratch off circle. Do not scratch off the silver circle until it has been purchased.

.Once they redeem their voucher whether through the mail or online, the company will then mail their cookie dough to their home. The customer has until June 30, 2010 to redeem their cookie dough, once this date passes the voucher will be void.

3. Please refer to the voucher for more information.


Here are the important things for you:

1.You have until Friday October 23rd to sell the vouchers. All money will be due to your coach on the 23rd (before fall break).

2. The vouchers are being sent home today in a plastic ziploc baggie. Keep them in the bag. If the silver authentication circle is scratched off you will not be able to return the card and you will be charged for the card. All cards that are not sold MUST be returned to your coach in GREAT condition. If they are not returned in GREAT condition you will be charged for them.

3. The cards sell for $15. All checks must have your name written on the memo line and should be made out to EHS.

4. Each athlete will be given 10 cards to start with. If you sell all of your cards and would like more I have some that will be available.

5. If you owe money on your account statement you are REQUIRED to sell cards. If you are paid in full for the rest of the year still sell the cards your fundraising money can carry over to the next cheer season.
