I have a TON of information to fill you in on. Please make sure that you read this all the way through! Let me know if you have any questions!

Please take note of the following adjustments to the cheer calendar:
August 17th and 18th: Practice from 8-10
August 11th: Football Sign Making Party at Lindsey Phelps House
August 21st: Pictures for the Football Program..Please wear your uniform
August 29th: Football game vs. Mullen at Legacy Stadium
August 11th: Freshman Tryout Table..Workers already assigned

Athletic Check-In
Please have your athletic check-in packets turned in no later than Friday this week. If your physical is expired it will need to be renewed. All of the Athletic check-in material is on the EHS website under athletics. If you do not have it turned in next week you will be unable to practice.

E Shirts
We will be selling E-Shirts again this year. The E-shirts have a new design. Every Cheerleader needs to purchase a new E-Shirt. They will still sell for $5. This year we will make 75 cents for every E-Shirt that is sold. We will sell them at check-in, Athletic parent night, Raptor Rally, and all home football games. I need Volunteers to help with this at the Parent Night and check-in. If you sign up to work I will reward you. Here is what I need:
August 10th 7:30-11:30- 2 volunteers
August 11th 7:30-11:30- 2 volunteers
August 12th 7:30-11:30- 2 volunteers
August 13th 7:30-11:30- 2 volunteers
Athletic Parent Night- August 10th- 7-9PM- 4 volunteers

Calendar Photo Shoot
The calendar photo shoot will be this Thursday and Friday at the school. I will send out a separate e-mail with details tomorrow on what you need to wear, what groups you are in, times etc. Please be available for this.

Account Balances
I passed out account balance statements on Friday. I need payment for your statements by the end of the week so that I can pay our vendors in a timely manner.

Gold Card Fundraiser
The Gold Card Fundraiser starts tomorrow. Each girl will earn 60% profit on each card sold. Each girl needs to sell 20 cards. Each girl that sells their 20 cards will get a free chipotle burrito! If you sell your 20 cards you will make approximately $250 profit. This is one nationals payment!!!! The cards sell for $20.

Sign Making Party
We will be doing our annual sign making party on August 11th at 7:00 PM at Lindsey Phelp's House. We will be making all of the run through signs for the football games this evening. This is a mandatory event and it will be fun! We will do a potluck this evening too... look for more details later this week!
